What do you Do with a Six Pound Zucchini, Part 4

This is a favorite quick dinner that I call "steak and mushrooms": sauteed mushrooms, garlic, and thin sliced sirloin or other steak with just a bit of the "magic sauce", Yoshida's gourmet sauce. This time, the zucchini got added in match stick sized pieces. Other times, I add onion, or carrots or whatever else is handy. Stir fry until the meat is just cooked.
Serve with rice.
