My email has been "broken" for almost two days now. Two days without the ability to receive an email. I didn't receive notification timely of a sale I had on Etsy. I didn't get responses to several inquiries I sent. ARGGHHH! The recorded message on the phone for the Cable company describes "intermittent problems with sending and receiving mail" but I would hardly call two days "intermittent".

Ironically, a large advertising appeared on my doorknob this afternoon from the rival high speed Internet, Qwest. Do you suppose they timed it to coincide with the outage that has occurred with Cable one? Since it's Sunday, I have to assume so.

Same here. It looks like they are waiting until Monday morning when someone who knows what they are doing shows up for work to fix this problem.
