Felt pack--felted backpack purse

I just realized that I failed to blog about this bag, which is one of my favorites. I made it earlier this month from a cute hooded sweater I picked up at a thrift store. Once I felted the sweater it was too small for the usual bag pattern I developed and have used. I'd been wanting to make a backpack for a while, so I came up with this design which seemed to fit this sweater. A friend bought it from me a few days after I got it done, so now I'll have to make another.
